Ridgeline Executive Group was founded after more than a decade of full-cycle recruitment work across British Columbia's most demanding industries. What began as a conviction that executive search deserved a more rigorous, relationship-driven approach has grown into a practice trusted by boards, CEOs, and HR leaders across the province.
